Additions & Renovations

This project was an “Interior Renovation” to a 1980’s home that had a lot of closed off rooms. The owners didn’t need more space, they just needed the space they had to be more open andĀ free-flowing, while still working with their existing furnishings and artwork. Working within the existing house’s footprint, I set about taking down walls, opening up spaces to each other and enlarging openings. Also essential was creating more of a relationship between the inside and outside living spaces, as the house now easily flows to the rear Decks and pool spaces. What was once a very compartmentalized and chopped up house lacking in character, is now a very open and livable home with lots of interesting and unique details.
